No! Every resume is personally written by a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and tailored to your unique experience, accomplishments, and career goals. While AI tools can be useful for brainstorming, they often produce generic content, inaccurate information, keyword stuffing, and repetitive language. This can backfire when applying for positions as most employers use ATS to screen out these types of resumes. Every document we create is developed through strategic branding, professional writing expertise, and human insight.
Will my resume be optimized for ATS?
Yes! All resumes are designed with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility in mind while maintaining a professional, visually appealing format for recruiters and hiring managers. What information do you need from me?
After purchasing a service, you will complete an intake questionnaire and provide your current resume (if available). Additional information such as job descriptions, performance reviews, LinkedIn profiles, and career goals can also be helpful.
How long does the process take?
Turnaround times vary by package and project scope. Most projects are completed within 5 to 10 business days. Expedited services may be available for clients with urgent deadlines.
How do you update my LinkedIn profile?
When you order a package with LinkedIn Services, you will receive a template set with step-by-step instructions on how to update your profile with the content we provide. For security reasons, we are not able to log into your LinkedIn account and update your profile directly. LinkedIn has set strict security standards on IP addresses logging in and 2FA and has been known to suspend or delete accounts that violate these security measures.
What if I need revisions?
Your package includes unlimited revisions during the two-week revision period from the time you receive your first draft to ensure the final document accurately reflects your experience, accomplishments, and career goals.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! If you have not received interview requests within six months of receiving your completed resume, we will review and update your document at no additional cost. To qualify, you must have actively applied to relevant positions and provide documentation of your job search activities, including positions applied for and dates submitted. This guarantee applies to resume effectiveness and does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers, as hiring decisions are influenced by many factors outside of the resume itself.

Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of resume writing and career branding services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your completed project, reasonable revisions will be provided within the included revision period.
